2D / UI ARTIST

Rocksteady Studios is looking to add to its family of staff. We are looking for an exceptionally talented 2D / UI Artist who is ready for the challenge of producing a AAA title on the next generation platforms.

 

Job Description:

  • Work with the design team on the functionality and features for the front-end / GUI.
  • Work alongside the art and design teams to concept the functionality and style of the front- end / GUI.
  • Work with the programming team to ensure the full implementation of the front-end / GUI.

 

The candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Excellent Graphic design and 2D animation skills.
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of Flash CS6 and Action Script 3.
  • Good knowledge of 3DS Max.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects with various plugins.
  • Previous experience as a front-end artist. At least one published title.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

The candidate will ideally have the following qualities:

  • Scaleform experience.
  • ‘Unreal’ Game Engine experience.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Be a keen gamer.
